Deleting a Document

Documents can only be deleted from SmartSolve if the document has not been attached to any SmartSolve records.

1. From the Document record, click Action > Delete.
   Result: The Confirm Delete Operation window is displayed.
2. Click Ok.
   Result: The record is removed from the system.
